Delete Servixo Employee Account

Important: Servixo Employee accounts are created and managed by organizations that use the Servixo platform. You cannot create a Servixo Employee account directly from the mobile app. You may still request deletion of your account and eligible personal information using the process below.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Servixo Employee account, send a request to Sincromyl Inc using the button below.

Your request should include enough information for us to identify the correct Servixo Employee account.

Email address, if associated with the account

Name of the organization or company you work for

2. Verification of Your Request

Before deleting an account or personal information, Sincromyl Inc may need to verify that the requester is associated with the Servixo Employee account identified in the request.

We may also need to coordinate with the organization that created or manages the employee account when necessary to protect workforce records and prevent unauthorized deletion.

For security, never send your Servixo password, biometric information, authentication codes, or other account credentials by email.

3. Data That May Be Deleted

Subject to verification and applicable retention requirements, deletion may include eligible personal information associated with your Servixo Employee account.

Account information Employee profile information, phone number, email address, and account identifiers where eligible.

Device information Registered device identifiers and notification registration information where no longer required.

Location information Eligible location-related data that is not required for workforce, audit, legal, or security records.

User-submitted content Eligible messages, photos, notes, and other personal content associated with the account.

4. Information That May Be Retained

Some records cannot always be deleted immediately or completely because Servixo is used for business and workforce operations.

Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:

Payroll or earnings records.
Clock In and Clock Out records.
Completed service records.
Accounting and financial records.
Audit trails and security records.
Fraud prevention and platform security.
Contractual obligations.
Legal or regulatory compliance.
Dispute resolution.
Legitimate organizational recordkeeping requirements.

Retained information will remain subject to applicable security and privacy protections and will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

5. What Happens to Your Account

Once an eligible deletion request has been verified and completed, the Servixo Employee account may be disabled or removed and access to Servixo Employee may no longer be available.

If you later need access to Servixo Employee again, your organization may need to create or authorize a new employee account.

6. Requesting Data Deletion Without Deleting the Account

You may also contact Sincromyl Inc to ask whether specific eligible personal information can be deleted without deleting the entire Servixo Employee account.

Whether specific information can be removed separately depends on the type of data, the Servixo features involved, your organization's recordkeeping requirements, and applicable law.
